It is always a pleasure to see that our customers recognize the care and time we put into our work, and recently we received confirmation that the work our engineering firm puts in is appreciated. Glew Engineering received the results of the Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) conducted by Open Ratings, a Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Company. We are pleased to report that Glew Engineering received an overall performance rating of 97. A Distribution of Feedback is also provided, in addition to our overall score, and we were happy to see that all of the feedback provided was positive. Averaging scores from various categories that include reliability, customer support, and responsiveness determined Glew Engineering’s overall score. Along with our overall rating, a Standard Industry Classification code (SIC) Level Quintile is provided. This is a rating that demonstrates how our scores compare to other suppliers in the same SIC code. Glew Engineering is proud to say we are in the top quintile of our SIC code, Engineering Services.
What makes the Open Ratings PPE unique is that it is a blind, independent audit of past customers experience with our organization. Open Ratings, in alliance with Dun & Bradstreet, provides an insight to supplier performance, while removing fraudulent or unfair feedback.
